A few new things...

Ingredients: 1 small onion, chopped olive oil 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced 1 pkg skinless smoked sausage, largely diced 1 can green beans Preparation Cook onions over medium low heat in olive oil until tender. Add potatos to onions and cook for 10 minutes. Once potatoes, start to soften, add sausage and green beans. Be sure to add 1/2 of the liquid in the can of beans to the skillet. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender and sausage and beans are cooked through, about an additional 10 minutes.
this week i've been trying to cook/bake some new things, Ive been into that whole cooking mood so i thought,, hey why not right? The DH sure has enjoyed it :D
Well this week has been a blur for me... between sick kids, me not feeling well and turck problems, it's been one of those weeks where you just really dont wanna climb out of bed :/
but ...TODAY IF FRIDAY!!! Can i hear a whop whop girls? hehe tis the weekend..it's almost here!! yay~

mmm...sounds good...may have to try those out. I'm always looking for new things but scared to try and I'm not that into cooking..wish I were. Hope you have a great weekend!

sharon, believe me, they have to be SUPER easy for me or i'm not interested! hehe don't worry, i think it's when your kids are kinda getting older , you actually have a couple hours to think of something to cook/bake! i've just started the last year or so to really checking/cooking things :) (thanks ms. sherry)
